      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | About the role: For someone sleeping rough, walking into a service and knowing there is someone who will listen, understand what they need and help them find the right support can make a huge difference. As a Duty Worker in our Camden Rough Sleeping Outreach Hub, you''ll be one of the people helping to make that happen - creating a welcoming, calm and well-organised space where clients can access support and partner agencies can work together effectively. You''ll be a key point of contact within the Hub, responding to enquiries, helping clients navigate the support available and connecting them with the right colleagues or partner agencies. You''ll also play an important role in recognising when someone may need more urgent support, identifying safeguarding or welfare concerns and making sure these are escalated appropriately.
