Duty Shift Manager

Job Title: Security Duty Shift Manager Location: King s Cross, London Start Date: June 2026 Contract Type: Short-Term Contract (Minimum 3 Months) Pay Rate: £30.00 per hour + £3.62 holiday pay (PAYE) Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable Duty Shift Manager to oversee site operations at a busy location in King s Cross. This is a short-term contract suited to a confident leader with strong operational and health and safety knowledge, available to start in June. Key Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing all on-site teams during shifts Acting as the senior point of contact for client, contractors, and stakeholders Ensuring full compliance with site procedures, health and safety regulations, and company policies Supervising shift operations, staffing levels, and rota management Overseeing incident management, reporting, and escalation processes Conducting site inspections and maintaining high standards at all times Leading briefings, toolbox talks, and team coordination Requirements: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification (essential) SIA License Proven experience in a Duty Manager / Shift Manager or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate Weekly pay (PAYE) Opportunity for future contracts and progression How to Apply: If you ..... full job details .....
