Welcome to the iconic Athenaeum of 116 Piccadilly, Mayfair, youll be working with us to deliver our famous five-star service while keeping our independent and unique spirit at heart.We have 162 rooms, including 18 townhouse residences, three meeting spaces, a bar and restaurant, featuring seasonal menus championing the very best local, sustainable produce and a decadent afternoon tea, were a lively place to work.Responsible for the day to day running of the Hotel, ensuring Front Of House shifts are run efficiently, supervising the Guest Experience Agents and the Switchboard Operators to ensure employee productivity, provide outstanding guest service, and creating a positive work environment for employees.Our PeopleThe Sutton Hotel Collection is a family-owned group, thus by extension, our people are our family. Discusses all matters that needed to be followed up with next manager on shift.Leads by example: Provides a high-quality service and luxury hospitality towards all external but also internal guests.Ensuring that service is personable and memorable, that guests needs are anticipated, and requests are followed up. Building relationships and loyalty with guests ensuring they want to return to the hotel.Trains and monitors allocated colleagues to maintain standards and consistency of service delivery.Allocation of rooms daily, being proactive with special requests and preferences such as twin bedding etc.Being the first point of contact for guests complaints and issues, ensuring issues are followed up with and proactively dealt withTaking ownership of daily cash handling, financial procedures and open accountsTo work within all company policies with specific reference to the Health and Safety at Work Act.To lead the team in emergency situations.Our BenefitsWe want to share the Sutton Hotel Collections values of generosity, kindness and contribute towards the happier lives of you, our people.
