You''ll lead the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards across ambient, fresh, frozen, and hot food categories.Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsOversee day-to-day store activities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and availability.Manage replenishment, stock control, deliveries, date checks, waste reduction, and loss prevention.Support hot food preparation, cash handling, and goods-in processes.Maintain strong product presentation and execute promotional activity.Open and close the store as a key holder.Team LeadershipLead, coach, and develop store colleagues.Manage rotas to ensure effective staffing levels.Conduct performance reviews and address employee matters professionally.Customer ServiceDeliver an outstanding customer experience through a friendly and knowledgeable ..... full job details .....
