Main duties include Cleaning, Maintenance, Security, and Catering (where applicable) ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are maintained.Carrying out fire and security walk rounds, ensuring any issues are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner and logged as appropriate.Act as point of contact for the key stakeholders and the multi agencies ensuring lines of communication are maintained and regularly monitored - such as email, mail, and telephone.General health and safety duties including risk assessments and other statutory and not statutory site requirements. Demonstrate a permanently high level of security awareness and knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures.
