you will work closely with the GM, owner and the rest of the team . This is a role where you can really achieve your potentialand be involved in all day to day running of this successful business . This is a very hands on role , working closely on the floor with the team and guiding /supporting themYou will have ideally have multi rosette /fine dining experience within a small , independent hotel.
