£40,000 per year

48-hour contract

Closed every Sunday and Monday

Only dinner service on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

About the Role:

As

Duty Manager , youll be expected to:Confidently run the floor during service

Jump into reception, bar, or floor as needed

youre the glue that holds the shift together

Learn and support with cashing up, opening/closing, stock takes, and ordering

Bring energy, creativity, and team spirit to every shift
