Duty Manager

I am on the hunt for a Duty Manager, for one of my clients based in Camberley. This is a full-time position within the leisure industrySalary - 26,500 per annum The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, maintaining park facilities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Duty Manager will also be involved in training staff, monitoring inventory, and managing shift schedules.QualificationsProficiency in staff supervision, leadership, and team managementExperience in customer service and handling guest inquiries and complaintsKnowledge of health and safety regulations, and facility maintenanceStrong organizational skills and ability to manage shift schedules and inventoryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPrevious experience in the leisure, hospitality, or adventure park industry is a plusFirst Aid certification is ..... full job details .....
