Duty Manager
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Duty Manager to join on a permanent basis. Essential CAA/EASA engineering background, leadership and management skills required. This position will cover managerial and administrative duties.Role: Duty Manager Salary: On Application Permanent 5/5/4 - Days/Nights - 12-hour shifts Location: Bedfordshire, UKResponsibilities Maintain awareness of company Health and Safety policy and to ensure that staff under their control practice approved methods to minimise risk to personnel or equipment.Effective Management, development, and motivation of the team. Carry out staff appraisals.To ensure a good relationship is maintained between all line stations and interfacing departments.To aid in ensuring all relevant Station, EASA and CAA regulations are met.To ensure relevant procedures are followed, maintained and reviewed ensuring compliance with all regulations.To ensure all relevant directions, procedures and directives are followed and correctly read and recorded.To ensure all relevant staff on their shift are aware of all H and S obligations and responsibilities.Review roster 14 days in advance to ensure staffing levels and skills are sufficient to fulfil shift requirements.
