Duty Manager - Line MaintenanceLondon Luton Airport Permanent NightsWe are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to oversee and coordinate line maintenance operations at London Luton Airport. This is a key operational role responsible for managing the day-to-day shift, engineering resources and maintenance priorities, ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of aircraft operations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate day-to-day line maintenance activitiesManage engineering resources, workload and operational prioritiesSupport aircraft serviceability, operational disruption and AOG situationsEnsure compliance with Part 145 requirements, aviation safety standards and company proceduresLiaise effectively with customers and operational teamsEnsure effective shift handovers and accurate operational recordsKey RequirementsPrevious experience within a line maintenance and supervisory environmentUK CAA / EASA Part 66 B1 licenceRelevant aircraft type rating desirable, but not essentialA320 family ideally soughtExperience of base-operated aircraftGood understanding of Part 145 requirements and aviation safety standardsWorking knowledge of aircraft maintenance production planningStrong leadership, communication and organisational skillsExperience using MRO/ERP systemsRight to work in the UK is essentialPermanent night shift position based at London Luton Airport.
