Duty Manager - MiddlesbroughAs part of our clients continued growth, they are opening an exciting new Casino venue in Middlesbrough and are looking for Casino Managers to help lead the new Casino and Gaming Studio, driving performance, inspiring the team, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and customer service.What is the role?This is a Casino and Gaming Studio duty manager role reporting to the Casino and Studio Operations Manager. As a Casino Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of both the business-to-business Gaming Studio and the retail Casino venue on a shift-by-shift basis. You will lead the department teams implementing the business plans and service standards to deliver success for the business, the customer, our colleagues, the local community and the regulator. You will be running the venue, carrying out all admin and customer service duties as required to ensure the venue is held to our clients high and professional standard.
