DUTY MANAGER

with an outgoing personality, bags of enthusiasm and a natural ability to look after people. We''re a family company looking for passionate people who are happy to go above and beyond, muck in with the rest of the team and genuinely care that every guest has a great time each time they visit our classic British pub.

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential as we know you''ll have the attitude and work ethos we''re looking for – an assistant manager who shares our love of food, drink and most importantly people. Some experience of cellar management would be preferable.

Our DUTY Managers are hospitality maestros, and can spot when your attention is required from the corner of your eye and act on it.As our DUTY manager your will need to be passionate, professional, personable and welcoming.

About you...As BUTY Manager you''ll be at the heart of our management team helping to ensure the smooth running of our busy pub. You''ll be welcoming and looking after customers, helping to train and lead our lovely bar/waiting team, managing busy services and running special events.
