An exceptionally exclusive and discreet residential environment for UHNW residents, with private: Swimming pool and wellness facilities Gym, residents'' lounge and private dining Landscaped gardens and valet service 24-hour concierge and security THE ROLE As Duty Manager, you''ll be the senior onsite presence, taking ownership of the concierge operation and resident experience. You''ll be responsible for: Lead, train and develop the Concierge team Oversee Housekeeping and Security operations Maintain exceptional service, presentation and grooming standards Manage resident requests, bookings, deliveries, errands and valet services Coordinate contractors, viewings and resident arrivals/departures Oversee resident amenities and day-to-day onsite operations Resolve resident issues, complaints and maintenance requirements Ensure HandS, fire and security procedures are maintained Deliver the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality This is much more than a front-of-house role.
