Duty Careline - Out of Hours OfficerLocation: West LondonRate: £27.48 per hour (umbrella)Contract: 3-6 months, ongoingShifts: Out of hours, all shifts on-siteService Operates: 24/7Driving Licence PCV (passenger carrying vehicle) About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and resilient Duty Careline Out of Hours Officer to support a busy emergency Careline service. You will provide both call handling and emergency visiting support to vulnerable residents, responding to urgent situations and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of service users at all times. You''ll be responsible for the operation of the Careline and Emergency Control Room during core hours, with the flexibility to work outside standard office times when required. Key Responsibilities: Respond to emergency calls and alarms promptly and professionally Provide on-site emergency visits when required Monitor and operate the Careline Control Room systems Assess risk and escalate incidents appropriately Maintain accurate records and reports Deliver excellent customer care to vulnerable residents Requirements: Experience in emergency response, housing support, community safety or similar Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Confident working out of hours and on site Strong IT and control room system awareness (training provided) Must have a valid manual drivers license Driving Licence PCV (passenger carrying vehicle) PLEASE NOTE: All applications are monitored and shortlisted ..... full job details .....
