Operating at the very front door of children''s services, you will be the first line of response for families and children in need of immediate support and protection.If you thrive on variety, hit the ground running, and want to command a premium hourly rate, this is the perfect project for you.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking at the front door of the service, you will manage a fast-turning caseload focused on early intervention and risk mitigation:Initial Assessments: Conducting comprehensive, child-centric statutory assessments under Section 17 and Section 47 of the Children Act.Crisis Triage: Rapidly evaluating incoming referrals from schools, health professionals, and the public to determine the appropriate level of intervention.Safeguarding Action: Implementing immediate safety plans for children at risk, escalating matters to long-term teams or initiating legal proceedings when required.Collaborative Liaison: Working hand-in-hand with multi-agency partners to ensure a cohesive approach to immediate family distress.Strict Candidate CriteriaThe local ..... full job details .....
