This is a front-line role responsible for managing referrals, conducting assessments, and carrying out statutory duties to safeguard children and families. You''ll work in a fast-paced, high-performing team dealing with new referrals, strategy discussions, and Section 47 enquiries.  Please note: Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years'' post-qualification experience in a Duty &amp; Assessment or Front Door team. Applications not meeting this requirement will not be considered.   Key Responsibilities    Manage a Duty &amp; Assessment caseload, responding to new referrals and undertaking assessments in line with statutory requirements.
