Salary: £26,800 + £1,000 annual language bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (no evenings or weekends!) Location: Edinburgh City Centre - just a 10-minute walk from the train station The Role You''ll be supporting travel customers across phone, live chat and email, taking ownership of each query from start to finish. Working as part of a supportive, high-performing team, you''ll help deliver an outstanding customer experience while working towards key performance measures such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance (QA) and Average Handling Time (AHT).
