Handle inbound calls for both sales and customer serviceModify, cancel, and confirm bookingsUse client systems to manage service requestsUnderstand customer needs and generate sales through tailored recommendationsUpsell additional services, products, and extended staysWhat We\''re Looking For

Fluent Dutch and English speakerStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSales-oriented mindset with a natural ability to influenceDetail-oriented multitasker with emotional resiliencePrevious experience in customer service or sales (Essential)Understanding of call centre KPIs and practices (Preferred)Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiencesTraining and Development
