Your New CompanyAn established organisation is seeking an experienced Dutch-speaking Accounts Payable Clerk to join its finance team based in Heywood. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative environment where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the accounts payable function.Your New RoleAs a Dutch-speaking Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day processing of supplier transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. You will work closely with both internal colleagues and external suppliers to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and accounts are kept up to date.Key responsibilities will include:Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and within agreed timescalesLiaising with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queriesReconciling supplier statementsInvestigating and resolving Accounts Payable discrepanciesMaintaining accurate supplier ledgers, including debit and credit balancesClosing purchase orders as requiredSupporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties and projectsWhat You''ll Need to SucceedPrevious Accounts Payable experience within a large or fast-paced organisationFluent Dutch and English (Written and verbal)Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsA customer-focused approach and the ability to resolve queries effectivelyThe ability to work ..... full job details .....
