Dutch Speaking Account Manager Location: Hybrid / Remote 1 -2 days office based a month Travel: UK and Netherlands Language: Fluent / Professional Dutch Are you an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and developing accounts rather than simply maintaining them? We re looking for a Dutch Speaking Account Manager to join an established travel business, managing and developing a portfolio of clients across the UK and Netherlands. This is a relationship-led role where you ll work closely with clients at multiple levels, understanding their business, identifying opportunities to add value and ensuring they are getting the most from their travel solutions. You ll have plenty of autonomy to manage your accounts, alongside the support of wider Sales, Implementation and Client Services teams. What will you be doing? You ll take ownership of your client relationships and account development, including: Building strong relationships with key contacts and stakeholders Managing Dutch-speaking clients across the UK and Netherlands Creating and maintaining individual account development plans Holding regular client review meetings, both virtually and face-to-face Identifying opportunities to improve service and deliver cost savings Understanding contracts, renewals, billing and commercial opportunities Using management information and reporting to identify trends and opportunities Keeping client information and activity up to date within the ..... full job details .....
