Working within a busy customer service environment, you will take full ownership of travel-related queries, resolving issues from start to finish while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of customer contacts across phone, live chat, and email while maintaining excellent service standards.Take ownership of customer enquiries and resolve travel-related issues efficiently from start to finish.Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve shared goals and service objectives.Meet and exceed key performance indicators including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance (QA), and Average Handling Time (AHT).Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and travel product updates.Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the wider team.Represent the company''s values ..... full job details .....
