Key Responsibilities: Safely operate forward tipping dumpers (wheeled or tracked) to transport soil, sub-base materials, and muck across site. Work in coordination with excavator operators and groundworkers to maintain safe loading, tipping, and site haul roads. Perform daily pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and ensure all plant machinery is operated safely. Adhere strictly to site safety rules, speed limits, and traffic management protocols. Requirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS card (Forward Tipping Dumper endorsement essential). Proven track record on earthworks or large-scale groundworks sites. Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, safety boots).
