This role will involve covering all aspects of groundworks, meaning you''ll need to be versatile and adaptable. Your key responsibilities will include:Operating various types of dumpers safely and efficiently across varied terrain, often in challenging conditions.Transporting earth, aggregates, spoil, and other materials for drainage, foundations, earthworks, and general site preparation.Working closely with groundworkers and machine operators, assisting with excavations, backfilling, and levelling.Performing daily safety checks and basic maintenance on your assigned machinery, reporting any faults promptly.Adhering strictly to all site health and safety regulations, understanding the unique demands of a remote site.Contributing to the overall productivity and efficiency of the groundworks team.
