Dumper & Roller Operator / Labourer needed in Cheltenham

Start: Monday 23rd March 2026  

Location: Cheltenham

Rate: £20 per hour    

Hours: 7.30 to 5.30pm Monday to Friday & possible overtime/weekends

Job Type: Temporary

Duration: 3-4 months.  

Job Description:

Stridden Limited are recruiting for an established Contractor who are currently looking for an experienced Dumper and Roller Driver to join their team on a new project in Cheltenham.

Dumper & Roller Operator / Labourer Key Duties:

Your role will involve:

• Operating the Forward Tipping Dumper towing various items – towing experience preferred
• Moving muck and materials around site  
• Daily plant checks
• Assisting trades, maintain a tidy site, moving materials and any other general labouring associated duties.

Dumper & Roller Operator / Labourer Requirements:

The ideal candidates will have:

• CPCS / NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket – Blue Carded preferred
• CPCS / NPORS Ride On Roller ticket – Blue Carded preferred
• Previous experience as a Dumper & Roller Operator essential
• Ability to commute to site reliably
• 2 references on application
