Job role & responsibilities: The role needs someone with good technical ductwork knowledge, strong organisation, and the ability to manage labour-only contractors, programme requirements, quality paperwork, progress reporting, manufacturing coordination and close-out. You will need to work closely with site teams, the drawing office, internal support departments and the ductwork. -(Apply online only)/day 40 hours a week 12 months minimum Key Responsibilities Manage the ductwork / ventilation works on site in line with the project programme, quality requirements and client expectations. Manage labour-only contractors, including daily activities, productivity, workmanship, sequencing and site performance. Produce and manage technical submittals, RFIs, RAMS, ITPs, progress reports, dependency schedules, productivity reviews and outstanding works schedules. Coordinate with internal support departments, the drawing office and ductwork manufacturing workshop to make sure ductwork is planned, manufactured and delivered in line with the site programme.
