Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Ductwork Working Supervisor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of the UK''s largest and most technically challenging commercial and industrial developments. The Role As a Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing ductwork installation teams while remaining hands-on where required. You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, whilst coordinating with site management and other trades. Key Responsibilities Supervise ductwork installation teams on large-scale construction projects. Lead by example with a hands-on approach to installation when required. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and programme. Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors. Maintain the highest standards of health and safety on site. Liaise with Project Managers, Site Managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery. Carry out quality inspections and ensure installation standards are maintained. Assist in planning daily site activities and resolving technical issues.
