Location: Maidenhead | Salary: £230 - £250/day | Type: Permanent | We are looking for an experienced Duct Fitter who is confident installing galvanised ductwork on commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Install galvanised ductwork to drawings and specifications Measure, position and assemble ductwork accurately Fit rectangular and spiral ductwork, bends, branches, dampers and associated components Install brackets, supports, flanges and fixings Complete alterations and remedial works where required Coordinate with supervisors and other trades on site Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety Report installation issues or drawing discrepancies promptly Requirements Proven experience as a Duct Fitter Strong experience working with galvanised ductwork Able to read and understand technical drawings Confident working independently and as part of a team Own hand tools and appropriate PPE Valid CSCS or relevant skills card IPAF or PASMA would be advantageous Good understanding of health and safety procedures Reliable, punctual and professional
