You must have a strong background in PBS (positive Behaviour Support) and Autism. About The Role About You We''re looking for an experienced and compassionate leader with a strong background in adult social care. Essential requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve within agreed timescales). Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult social care. Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, MCA, risk management, medication management, and person-centred care. Experience leading teams, managing budgets, quality assurance systems, and preparing for CQC inspections. Key skills: Has a strong background in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
