Dual Site Service Manager / Supported Living

Frontier Consulting are assisting a great national Residential and Education provider to recruit for an experienced Service or Registered Manager to manage two 4 bed supported living sites in Hackney and Chingford. You must have a strong background in PBS (positive Behaviour Support) and Autism. About The Role About You We''re looking for an experienced and compassionate leader with a strong background in adult social care. Essential requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve within agreed timescales). Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult social care. Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, MCA, risk management, medication management, and person-centred care. Experience leading teams, managing budgets, quality assurance systems, and preparing for CQC inspections. Key skills: Has a strong background in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). Understands the lived experience of people with autism and can champion neurodiversity. Has experience supporting individuals with complex health needs. Has diploma level 4 or 5 and at least 3 years experience as a service manager Inspires and develops teams to deliver exceptional care. Leads with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.
