Essential requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve within agreed timescales). Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult social care. Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, MCA, risk management, medication management, and person-centred care.
