Dental Practice Manager

looking for an exciting challenge? We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the operations of two thriving dental practices, ensuring exceptional patient care, team management, and compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Development:

Managing and inspiring the practice teams across both sites, conducting appraisals, and encouraging continuous professional development.Business Performance:

Overseeing profit and loss, managing budgets, and identifying growth opportunities for both NHS and private services.Compliance and Safety:

Ensuring both practices comply with CQC regulations and all Health and Safety requirements.Patient Experience:

Creating a positive patient journey by maintaining high levels of customer service and managing feedback.Marketing and Community Engagement:

Developing creative ways to promote the practices within the local communities of Birmingham and Warwick.Administrative Management:

Handling banking procedures, debt management, and ensuring policies, procedures, and staff handbooks are up to date.Job Title:

What We''re Looking For:

Proven experience managing multiple dental

(2 or more locations).Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving performance.Business acumen - experience with profit and loss management, KPIs, and growth strategies.Proficiency with Software of Excellence (SOE)

practice management software.Knowledge of CQC regulations and commitment to maintaining compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
