We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Dual Registered Manager. This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established care company working in the field mental health, learning disabilities and autism.Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Overall accountability for the safe, effective running of the serviceEnsure full compliance with CQC and regulatory standardsDrive continuous improvement through audits, KPIs, and service development planningLead, motivate and develop a high-performing teamManage recruitment, induction, training, and performanceDeliver meaningful supervisions and support professional developmentManage budgets and financial performance within the serviceDrive occupancy and ensure efficient delivery of commissioned hoursProvide regular performance reports and identify improvement opportunitiesBalance quality care with sustainable service deliveryPersonal Characteristics:Registered Manager experience within adult social careLevel 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and complianceExperience managing teams and driving high performanceExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skillsIf interested please apply or contact Tom Kurczab at Right Match Recruitment ..... full job details .....
