Location: Bradford – Solo EBD and 2-bed EBD, both rated Good

We’re working with a trusted residential childcare provider seeking a confident, experienced manager to oversee two Ofsted-rated Good services: one solo EBD home and one 2-bed EBD home, both based in Bradford. With plans to expand to four homes by the end of 2026, this is a standout opportunity to make your mark as a senior leader from day one.
About the Role:
• Hold dual registration across two local homes supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs
• Lead, develop and support your teams to deliver consistently high-quality care
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain strong relationships with Ofsted
• Drive continuous improvement and embed a child-focused, therapeutic culture
• Contribute to strategic planning as the provider prepares for growth

About You:
• Experienced Registered Manager with a strong track record in EBD settings
• Confident leading across more than one service, or ready to step into dual registration
• Excellent understanding of Ofsted frameworks and quality standards
• Therapeutic, resilient, and committed to children’s long-term outcomes
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
