Position: Dual Registered Manager
Location: Widnes & Hale Village, Cheshire
Salary: -47,372 per annum + Mileage paid for + Excellent benefits
Hours: Full time

Career Makers are recruiting for an experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee & manage 2 small, specialist Learning Disability & Autism care homes for adults based in Widnes & Hale Village.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive provider with an established care team and strong senior management support. As Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall leadership and development of the service, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of safe, person-centred care.

Responsibilities as a Dual Registered Manager:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the homes, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance with CQC standards.
• Support, develop, and motivate the care teams to provide outstanding person-centred support for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, audits, and continuous service improvements to achieve positive outcomes for residents.

Requirements as a Dual Registered Manager:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a Learning Disability and Autism care setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
