An award-winning children''s services provider is looking for an experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee two established solo-bed children''s homes in Poole.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced children''s residential manager who is confident overseeing complex needs and wants to take responsibility for two well-established services.

• Salary up to £54,000

As Dual Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the safe and effective running of both homes, ensuring consistently high standards of care and positive outcomes for the children.

You will lead and develop the teams, oversee safeguarding and compliance, manage staff performance and ensure the homes operate in line with Ofsted requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up, with children''s residential experience and a good understanding of safeguarding, compliance and managing complex needs.
