Ofsted Registered Manager Dual-Registered Children''s Residential Services Locations: Hoddesdon and Broxbourne, HertfordshireSalary: £65,000 £70,000 per annum, dependent on experienceEmployment: Full-TimeAA Euro Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a growing children''s residential care provider seeking an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to oversee two specialist children''s residential services in Hertfordshire.The successful candidate will have responsibility for a 4-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) children''s home in Hoddesdon and a 1-bed solo placement service in Broxbourne. The services are being developed to provide high-quality, individualised care and support for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager who is looking to take on a dual-registered position and play a key role in developing and maintaining high standards across two specialist services.Key Responsibilities Act as the Ofsted Registered Manager with overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the services.Successfully manage and maintain registration across both children''s residential provisions.Lead and manage the staff teams, ensuring safe, effective and child-centred care.Ensure full compliance with the Children''s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted Quality Standards.Maintain strong safeguarding practices and ensure the welfare and safety of children remain ..... full job details .....
