DT Technician - September 2026 start

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Design & Technology Technician who is DATA trained for an exciting short-term opportunity.

This role is based in a well-established secondary school in the Wirral area, supporting the DT department during a busy period. The position is available for an September 2026 start.

• Previous experience working as a DT Technician in a school setting
• DATA training is essential
• Strong organisational skills and ability to support practical lessons

• Supporting DT lessons across the department
• Preparing materials and maintaining equipment
• Ensuring workshop safety standards are upheld
• Assisting teaching staff where required
