This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a broad and engaging curriculum, helping students develop practical skills, creativity, and confidence in design, engineering, and manufacturing.The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that lessons run smoothly by preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and supporting staff and students in a safe and productive learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare materials, tools, machinery, and equipment for practical lessons.Support teaching staff across a range of Design and Technology disciplines, including Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering, Graphics, and CAD/CAM.Maintain workshops, classrooms, and storage areas to a high standard.Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and machinery.Manage stock levels and assist with the ordering of materials and resources.Support the use of specialist equipment, including laser cutters, 3D printers, and CAD/CAM technology where applicable.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and risk assessment ..... full job details .....
