This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practical skills, a keen interest in DT, and a desire to support students and teaching staff within a creative learning environment.The Role:Supporting the Design and Technology department with the preparation of materials, equipment, and resources for lessonsEnsuring classrooms, workshops, and practical areas are safe, organised, and ready for student useAssisting teachers with practical demonstrations and project preparationMaintaining tools, machinery, and workshop areas to a high standardSupporting students during practical lessons where requiredManaging stock, ordering materials, and ensuring resources are available for lessonsThe Ideal Candidate:Experience working within a DT, engineering, workshop, or practical environment (school experience is desirable but not essential)Confident using a range of tools, equipment, and materialsStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailA proactive and reliable approach with the ability to work independentlySomeone who enjoys supporting young ..... full job details .....
