DT Technician

Teachwise is currently looking for an experienced DT-Technician to work at a local secondary school-in the Bolton-area.

The role is due to begin in September-will continue on a full-time, permanent basis employed directly by the school.

The school-is looking for an experienced DT-Technician who can hit the ground running and provide ongoing support to the DT department.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a dt-technician
• Previous school based experience
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Preparing, setting up and checking equipment
• Supporting teaching staff and students during lessons
• Putting away equipment after lessons
• Ensuring a safe environment
• Organising and storing equipment and checking stock
• Repairing, maintaining and modifying equipment-
• Administrative tasks
• Available from September
• Hold right to work in the UK
• Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
