Design and Technology Teacher (Supply - Part Time)Durham Secondary School Start September We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Design and Technology Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Durham on a part-time, supply basis starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed practitioner looking for a flexible role, with the position initially offered for one day per week and likely to continue through to the Easter break. The Role: Deliver engaging and high-quality DT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 Plan, prepare, and assess in line with school expectations (proportionate to working pattern) Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Contribute positively to the wider school ethos and department The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching Design and Technology at secondary level Strong classroom management skills A flexible, reliable, and professional approach Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff Whether you are an experienced DT teacher or looking for a flexible return to the classroom, we would love to hear from you.
