Job Description:

• Deliveringandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;challengingandnbsp;lessons acrossandnbsp;Key Stages 3 and 4andnbsp;(with potential for KS5), includingandnbsp;Product Design,andnbsp;Resistant Materials,andnbsp;Graphics, andandnbsp;Engineering
• Planning aandnbsp;broad and balanced curriculumandnbsp;that encouragesandnbsp;creativity,andnbsp;problem-solving, andandnbsp;technical skill development
• Usingandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentandnbsp;to guide progress and personalise learning
• Supportingandnbsp;extra-curricular activitiesandnbsp;such asandnbsp;STEM clubs, competitions, and educational visits
• Collaborating with colleagues to fosterandnbsp;cross-curricular learningandnbsp;andandnbsp;whole-school initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Has experience teachingandnbsp;Dandamp;Tandnbsp;at secondary level (thoughandnbsp;enthusiastic ECTsandnbsp;are welcome!)
• Isandnbsp;passionateandnbsp;aboutandnbsp;design,andnbsp;innovation, andandnbsp;sustainability
• Demonstrates strongandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiationandnbsp;strategies
