Salary: £160 - £232 per day

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated DT Teacher specialising in Engineering on a full-time, long-term basis from September. The successful DT Teacher will teach Engineering across Key Stages 3 and 4, deliver engaging practical lessons, maintain high expectations in the classroom and work collaboratively with an experienced department to ensure every student reaches their full potential.

The successful DT Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Design Technology specialism (Engineering preferred, ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching Design Technology with Engineering up to Key Stage 4
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging practical lessons
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach to teaching
