The Role Stradbroke High School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Art, DT and Food Technician to join our flourishing departments to support and maintain the art room, kiln, food room, workshop equipment and consumables. The post-holder will possess sound knowledge and experience in a art or design work environment. The professional competencies expected of a technician and first aider are: Ability to solve straightforward problems Exchange information with pupils, teachers and other technicians Uses hand/eye co-ordination and dexterity in the preparation of materials or use of equipment Works from instructions but makes minor decisions involving the use of initiative.
