Drylining Designer

Our client is an established and growing drylining contractor delivering residential schemes across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Designer with experience working with recognised drylining systems such as British Gypsum, Siniat or Knauf.This is a fully remote role, suited to someone capable of managing technical detailing and coordinating drylining design packages independently.Responsibilities:Producing detailed drylining and interior system drawings for residential developmentsPreparing technical design details for partitions, ceilings, shaftwall, fire protection and SFS interfacesWorking with systems including British Gypsum, Siniat and KnaufCoordinating design information with architects, consultants, site teams and subcontractorsReviewing architectural drawings and specifications to ensure buildability and complianceProducing setting out drawings, sections, construction details and as-built informationSupporting pre-construction and operational teams with technical queries and design solutionsAssisting with fire, acoustic and performance-related detailing in line with project requirementsManaging drawing revisions and maintaining accurate technical documentation throughout project deliveryRequirements:Previous experience working for a drylining, interiors or interior systems contractorStrong understanding of drylining systems and manufacturers such as British Gypsum, Siniat or KnaufExperience delivering residential ..... full job details .....
