Dryliner (Eastleigh)

As a specialist recruitment partner, we are seeking a skilled Dryliner on behalf of our client, a reputable contractor delivering both residential and commercial fit-out projects across Hampshire. This role is based on-site in Eastleigh and offers the opportunity to join a collaborative team committed to excellence in internal lining solutions.

• Interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications to plan drylining installations

• Fit plasterboard, dot-and-dab systems, moisture-resistant boards, and fire-rated linings

• Apply jointing tape and multi-coat skim finishes to achieve seamless surfaces

• Adhere to all health, safety, and quality standards throughout each phase of work

• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure productivity and compliance

• Coordinate with site supervisors, trades colleagues, and clients to resolve on-site challenges

• Minimum of 2 years'' demonstrable experience as a Dryliner or similar trade

• Valid CSCS card or equivalent recognised qualification

• Strong knowledge of modern lining systems and finishing methods

• Capable of working at height and maintaining high physical fitness standards

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

• A reliable, team-oriented professional with a proactive mindset
