Drop-in and Outreach Co-ordinator 32 hours per week £27,243 per annum (£31,500 FTE) Location: Nottingham and surrounding areas NFP People is recruiting on behalf of a specialist organisation supporting women involved in sex work and those at risk of exploitation. We are looking for an organised, compassionate and proactive Drop-in and Outreach Co-ordinator to lead and develop frontline services across Nottingham and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key operational leadership role within an organisation committed to providing safe, inclusive and responsive services. You will lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, develop partnerships and help ensure services continue to meet the changing needs of the people they support. About the role As Drop-in and Outreach Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the operational management and continuous development of core drop-in, outreach and empowerment services. Working closely with the CEO, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery, line manage staff, support volunteers and take a lead role in safeguarding, health and safety and organisational risk. You will also develop strong partnerships with health, housing, welfare and community organisations to improve outcomes for people accessing services.
