Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Forge Stamper to join a well-established manufacturing team in Cradley Heath. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career prospects for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forge stamping machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Work with hot metal and heavy-duty equipment
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in forge stamping or a similar heavy industrial role
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
