Driving Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer

Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for an internal recruiter (driving) on a temporary ongoing basis with an immediate start, you will be working for our client - one of the largest parcel delivery companies in the world. Joining their internal recruitment team with a sole focus on delivering high-volume UK wide recruitment of drivers across multiple depotsYou must have previous experience leading recruitment campaigns and controlling the end-to-end recruitment process for 7.5 tonne / HGV Drivers to be successful in your application, as this will be an extremely demanding role, and you will be required to hit the ground running immediately to make a positive impact.Skills / Experience Required:-Minimum of 1-2 years high-volume driving recruitment experience, with a full understanding of candidate attraction and transport related complianceExceptional attention to detail and organisation, with the ability to control and deliver high-volume recruitment demand (ideally UK wide, but this is not essential)Ability to manage both sides and control the process, - communicating well with internal colleagues and depot managers, as well as the pool of drivers Pay Rate / Hours / Location:-Up to 17- 18 per hourFull Time Monday to FridayHybrid, office location SmethwickTemporary ongoing contract Please click to applyMajor Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies and as an Employment Business in relation to temporary or contract vacancies, as ..... full job details .....
