You will be responsible for developing new business, recruiting professional drivers and delivering a reliable recruitment service to transport, distribution and logistics clients.Your responsibilities will include: Developing new Driving recruitment business across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areaContacting transport, logistics, distribution and manufacturing businessesArranging and attending client meetingsBuilding long-term relationships with new and existing customersManaging temporary, contract and permanent driving requirementsRecruiting Class 1, Class 2, 7.5-tonne, van and specialist driversAdvertising vacancies and maintaining an active candidate pipelineRegistering, interviewing and assessing driversChecking licences, qualifications, right-to-work documentation and relevant complianceConfirming pay rates, working hours, assignment details and client requirementsCoordinating daily bookings, cancellations and ..... full job details .....
